Version:
The alphaROCK combines the UCI and Leeb methods in a single compact, robust device. The two measurement methods complement each other perfectly and enable hardness measurements in a wide range of applications – always quick, flexible and precise. Automatic detection of the measurement method used and clear operation ensure maximum user-friendliness.
- Measurements according to DIN 50159 and ASTM A1038 (UCI)
- Conversion according to EN ISO 18265 and ASTM E140 (UCI)
- Measurements according to DIN EN ISO 16859 and ASTM A956 (Leeb)
Application:
For portable use (about 12 hours operating time on batteries) and also for quick hardness testing of all metallic materials during production and goods receipt.
Supplied with:
Basic device including impact device D and test block (approx. 790 HLD), mains device/charger, special cable, transport case, USB-C adapter. User manual on USB stick. (Probe No. 495052 as well as suitable Leeb packages are also necessary for measurement.)
Optional extras:
Carrying case, probe handle. UCI hardness comparison plates in various dimensions, including ISO/ASTM certificate on request, UCI probe or Leeb impact devices.
