  • How do I return products?

    1. As a eShop customer you can register your return comfortably in your Hoffmann Group customer account . After selecting the reason for return and the items via My eShop > Orders , your return is registered in the order history by clicking on “Return item”. A confirmation e-mail and a return label will then be sent to you.

    2. For returns, you could also use the “Goods Return Form” or call us on +44 (0) 121 716 4301 - Mon-Thu 8.00am - 5.00pm, Fri 8.00am - 3.00pm.

    For incorrect orders we charge a 5% return / processing fee, but a minimum of £ 10.00 net plus shipping costs. Tools made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • How do I make a complaint about a product?

    We issue a warranty for all tools, and in case of material or manufacturing fault, grant a replacement. Any further claims are exempt. Tools made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • How can I send in a product for calibration?

    We offer extensive calibration services through our manufacturers and service providers.

    Please enclose the appropriate form with recalibration or repair orders.
