The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Rollgliss™ R550 Rescue System is an emergency escape and rescue device for use when it is imperative to get to the ground as quickly as possible. Models with Rescue Hub allow for assisted rescue pick-off when a victim is unable to get to safety alone or for assisted rescue -simply lower to the victim and hook up to them and use the device to descend to safety. The Rollgliss 550 can be used in many custom rescue situations. Use the system to repel down the structure to safety. Bi-directional hub means that rope descends from either side which brings one hook up as the other goes down, allowing for immediate use after each descent. The optional rescue hub allows not only evacuation but also rescue. Optional bracket allows quick and easy connection to the ladder rung in order to optimise effectiveness of the rescue. Durable 9.6 mm static kernmantle rope rated for durability. Lengths from 10 m to 200 m for 2 person and from 10 m to 500 m for 1 person. Weight capacity 280 kg.
