Eco-friendly solution that makes no compromises when it comes to sturdiness and design: The GARANT GreenPlus ear defenders have more than 60% recycled content in the robust ABS plastic of the shell. The damping pads and sealing rings can be replaced using the hygiene kit (item No. 097782 size 1) – this maintains the protective performance for the long term, extends the life and reduces the risk of infection from contamination.

Intended use
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- For use when users have intolerance to earplugs or when it is necessary to put on and take off the ear defenders frequently.
- Optimum protective effect is achieved only when the residual noise level reaching the ear of the wearer is within the range 70 dB to 80 dB. Subtraction of the standard deviation from the average noise attenuation yields an assumed protective effect of the hearing protection system under consideration.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- Ear defenders make it harder to identify where sounds are coming from. Do not use if good directional hearing is required.
- Do not combine hearing protection with head protection and glasses.
- Combination with other protective equipment must not impair the protective effect and must not hinder the wearer in his activities.
- If the sealing cushions are enclosed by hygienic covers, this may impair the acoustic performance of the ear defenders.
- This product may be affected by certain chemical substances. Further information should be obtained from the manufacturer.
