Information about eShop login and registration

  • I am a Hoffmann Group customer, but I do not have an eShop account yet. How can I register for the eShop?

    Step1: Register for the eShop here. Ideally you have your Hoffmann Group customer number at hand.
    Step 2: You receive your registration confirmation via e-mail. The status of your registration is „in process“.
    Step 3: We adapt your prices accordingly. Self-evidently you receive your customer-specific Hoffmann Group prices as usual in our eShop.
    Step 4: After a few days you will receive your registration confirmation for your eShop account via e-mail. When logged in, you can now see your customizer-specific Hoffmann Group prices in the eShop as usual.

  • How can I register to the eShop as a new Hoffmann Group customer?

    Step 1: Register for the eShop here.
    Step 2: You receive your registration confirmation via e-mail. The status of your registration is „in process“.
    Step 3: We adapt your prices. At Hoffmann Group, new customers receive customer-specific prices in the eShop.
    Step 4: After a few days you will receive your registration confirmation for your eShop account via e-mail. When logged in, you can now see your customer-specific Hoffmann Group prices in the eShop as usual.

  • I am a Hoffmann Group customer and registered for the eShop recently. Why do I not see my customer-specific prices?

    Your customer-specific Hoffmann Group prices are activated for you when you receive the registration confirmation via e-mail.

  • Can I place an order in the eShop before receiving the confirmation of your registration

    You can place an order directly after registering for the eShop. Please note however, that orders can only be processed with the registration confirmation. Your order will be parked with us for this time and will be processed as soon as your account is activated. Self-evidently you then receive your customer-specific Hoffmann Group prices as usual on this order.

  • Why do I see different prices than the ones agreed on?

    You might see different prices because you are not logged into your Hoffmann Group customer account. Please log in here to see your customer-specific net prices including your discounts.

  • Where do I find my customer number?

    Please log in to your Hoffmann Group customer account. Your customer number will be displayed in the upper right corner of your screen.

  • You forgot your password?

    On the page „reset password” you can reset your password at any time.

  • I forgot my eShop user name. What can I do?

    Please ask your Hoffmann Group eShop administrator in your company. The administrator manages already created users of your company. This person can inform you about your user name (My eShop > User administration). You do not know who is the eShop administrator in your company? Please contact our Hoffmann Group support. We are happy to help you.

  • How do I create a customer account?

    You can register here as a new customer in the eShop. Please indicate whether you would like to register as a business customer or as a private customer. The dispatch of your first order may take some time since every new customer is reviewed first and subsequently activated.
