Description
Version:
A multifunctional standard dial indicator. Reliable and easy to use.
- Bidirectional communication is possible, e.g. for parameterisation via PC (Digimatic S1 interface).
- With ABSOLUTE system. One-off setting of the start position, which remains the absolute zero point until the battery has to be replaced.
- Easy reading of the values due to a large digital/analogue display.
- Model available with digital digit increments of 0.5 µm.
- Simple calculations and peak value identification are possible.
- Equipped with a warning function for the calibration plan.
- The GO/±NG assessment is performed by adjusting the upper and lower tolerance.
- Alarm for low voltage, setting error, sensor error, display overflow etc.
- Display can be rotated 330°.
- A function lock protects the dial indicator against unauthorised use.
Function:
IP42: Protected against water falling obliquely (dripping water) up to 15° relative to normal operating position and protected against penetration by foreign bodies with ⌀ > 1 mm However, tools and wires should be kept away.
Cutting data:
- Absolute linear encoder with electrostatic capacity.
- Measuring frequency (MAX/MIN/RANGE): 50× per second.
