The WRP Car Wash water recycling system, designed for car washes, saves up to 85% fresh water. The water recycling system impresses with a flow rate of up to 3000 l/h and recycles oil-free waste water cost-effectively and effectively. Flocculation chemicals do not need to be supplied. Thanks to a sufficiently dimensioned basin system and powerful hydrocyclone, particles > 20 µm are reliably removed. The recycled water can be reused for all washing programs of the gantry washing system. Depending on the legal situation, excess water is discharged into the sewer system via overflow at the pumped storage tank either directly or via a separator. As an option, waste water can also be discharged directly from the recycling water tank into the sewer system. Unpleasant odors are reliably avoided through circulation and good ventilation. The modular and highly flexible system offers the optimal solution for almost every location.
