Warning:
Intended use- A magnetic clamping plate is used to clamp ferromagnetic workpieces on machine tools.
- Only the compatible control unit must be used for magnetisation and demagnetisation.
- The control unit is used to magnetise and demagnetise electro-permanent magnetic clamping plates.
- As a result, all types of ferromagnetic workpieces can be clamped.
- The workpiece must make contact with at least 3 poles of the clamping device, half of which must be south poles and half north poles.
- Only clamp ferromagnetic workpieces (austenitic stainless steels are not suitable due to Km of 0).
- Only use in a dry indoor environment.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse- Any use that goes beyond or deviates from the intended use is deemed to be improper.
- The control unit must not be operated at a voltage other than that specified on the type plate.
- Do not make any unauthorised modifications to the device.
- Do not use a damaged control cable for the magnetic clamping plate.
- Do not carry out any machining operations that are not recommended or approved.
