For large workpieces that must be clamped across the entire magnetic field, both switch points must be switched on.
Advantage:
Two workpieces can be clamped on a single pallet (using 2 switch points).
Application:
For clamping medium-sized to large workpieces for grinding, milling and spark erosion.

Hexagon socket.

Suitable GARANT ZeroClamp clamping stud 360025 18M16 or 18M16/138.

Intended use
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- For clamping during grinding, milling and eroding of medium to large workpieces with the highest possible ferromagnetic alloy content.
- Suitable for 5-face machining in combination with a lamellae pole block.
- For workpieces with a minimum thickness of 5 mm and minimum dimensions of 25 mm x 25 mm.
- Only switch on the magnet if the workpiece is positioned on it.
- Pole plate must be clean and level.
- For installing pins or recesses, do not drill through holes.
- For work in industrial environments.
- Use only when correctly assembled and with safety devices and guards on the machine fully operational.
- Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- Do not clamp workpieces which are uneven or have rough surfaces, dirt or burrs.
- Do not clamp a workpiece with a large projection or height (maximum height corresponds to workpiece width).
- Do not clamp workpieces in areas which are magnetically weaker, if possible.
- Do not use with reduced holding force.
- Do not use in explosion hazard areas.
