Description

Version:

Lightweight safety glasses with distortion-free field of vision and good fit to the shape of the face. Good coverage in the eyebrow and cheek areas. The coating of the safety glasses is resistant to a small number of scratches; however it does not achieve complete scratch resistance to EN166 (K mark). This minimises the risk of weld sparks burning into the lenses. Metal-free.

Standard:

EN166; EN169

Warning:

Intended use
  • Protect eyes against hazardous UV/IR radiation.
  • Projects eyes against impact by particles with low energy at up to 45 m/s.
  • For use at temperatures from -5°C to +55°C.
  • If protection against high-speed particles is required at extreme temperatures, make sure that the safety goggles are marked with the letter T directly after the letter for impact intensity, i.e. FT, BT or AT. If the letter for impact intensity does not follow letter T, use safety goggles against high-speed particles only at room temperature.

Reasonably foreseeable misuse
  • No protection against chemical, thermal or electrical hazards.
  • Not for wearing over other glasses.
  • No parts of the safety goggles can be replaced or interchanged with each other.
  • Combination with other protective equipment must not impair the protective effect and must not hinder the wearer in his activities.
