Version:

Application:
For machine spindles with recessed centring mount or for mounting using a flange. The chuck is secured from the rear by means of screws. The flange blanks must always be fitted first to the machine and then to the chuck.

- Article no. 312906 and 312911: Recessed mount acc. to ISO 702-4.
- Article no. 312931: For spindle nose acc. to ISO 702-3 with studs and collar nuts.
- Clamp workpiece only if lathe chuck is screwed to flange or machine spindle.
- Adjust gear scroll using supplied safety clamping wrench only.
- For work in industrial environments.
- Use only when correctly assembled and with safety devices and guards on the machine fully operational.
- Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse- Not for use as a toolholder, load handling attachment or hoist.
- Do not clamp square workpieces.
- Do not use if jaws or lathe chuck is cracked or otherwise damaged.
- After a collision with other objects, do not use again until a thorough check has been performed.
- Not to be struck with a hammer.
- Do not exceed the jaws’ clamping ranges.
- Do not clamp long workpieces without additional supports.
- Do not run with chuck key inserted.
- Never exceed speed engraved in clamping device.
- Do not make any unauthorised modifications.
