This abrasive band is made of abrasive cloth which is spirally wound onto a fabric with a backing. It is ideally suited for cleaning, light deburring, fine finishing, and surface and contour grinding or fettling. This abrasive band is designed for use in combination with abrasive band mandrels for straight grinders or machines with flexible shafts. Regular aluminium oxide impresses with a good tool life on structural steel and for rough and coarse grinding. It allows you to work in a cost-effective manner. LUKAS offers you a large selection of abrasive bands and matching abrasive band mandrels. They are available in many different dimensions and qualities.
