LUKAS grinding points (OSA certified and tested to DIN EN 12 413) are specially designed for hardness, bonding, grit type and grit size for the specific applications and cover a very wide application range. Minimal radial run-out ensures vibration-free grinding which is good for man, machine, and component. LUKAS grinding points are generally suitable for edge and surface grinding and are characterised by maximum material removal rate, long tool life and consistent surface finish quality of the component.
Mini grinding points with mixed grit (AD-AW) of standard aluminium oxide, dark red aluminium oxide and white monocrystalline aluminium oxide (LUKAS designation NDW) in 100 grit (fine). Ceramic bonding. Shank ⌀ 3 mm, shank length 50 mm.

Application:
Grinding points with high shape stability are particularly suitable for fine grinding and edge grinding of (hardened) tool steels and Cr-Ni steels in toolmaking and mould-building. Recommended cutting speed 10 − 30 m/s.
