Version:

Display: Large, sharp-contrast illuminated 1.3-inch TFT display with viewing angle stability and rotating view to easily read the display regardless of the application. With battery display and memory display.
Display: Peak and Track function modes.
Screw tightening profiles: Up to 100 screw tightening profiles can be programmed. Recurrent screw tightening profiles and be summarised into a procedure (up to 10 procedures each with up to 10 screw tightening profiles). Screw tightening profiles and procedures can be programmed both directly at the wrench and also conveniently via the app.
Possible wireless applications: HCT Windows app and HCT mobile app. The torque screwdriver has a bi-directional interface but can also be used independently (without app).
Apps: The Bluetooth® dongle No. 498999 STICK (license) and the Windows app software are required to activate the HCT Windows app (https://hog.tools/win-app-hct). The HCT mobile app is available free of charge for iOS and Android.
Memory capacity: 1000 measurement values with timestamp (incl. date and time).
Data output: Available via Bluetooth® or USB-C. Via Bluetooth®: Available via the apps as a .csv file, or directly at the torque screwdriver via the HID interface for simple and convenient digital documentation. Via the USB C interface: The data can the exported as a .csv file.
Wireless approval: The torque screwdrivers with Bluetooth® interface have valid wireless approval in all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and the UK.
Password protection: available as protection against unauthorised access to the menu (master password) and for verifying screw-tightening cases and procedures. In addition, you can set that reworking a screw connection that has been performed incorrectly requires input of a password.
Warning signal outputs are haptic (vibration), visual (change of colour at the display, clearly visible 180° LED ring with “traffic light function”) and acoustic (buzzer). Haptic and acoustic warning signals can be disabled if desired.

The 2-component handle of the torque screwdriver ensures especially good ergonomics and high torque transmission.

Simple data transmission: At the push of a button the measuring result is transmitted directly to your PC application (such as Excel or Word) or to your mobile phone - no dongle necessary.

Independence of location: Measurements can be performed directly to the machine and transmitted by radio to your application.
Reliable data transmission: No read errors and transmission errors - multiple measuring devices can be linked together.

When using the torque analyser HCT in conjunction with a torque wrench HCT:

Simultaneous display of the measurement values of the torque wrench HCT and the torque analyser HCT on the display of the torque analyser.
Display and automatic evaluation of the peak values achieved by the torque wrench HCT and the torque analyser HCT.
HCT torque wrenches blocked due to overload can be released again using the torque analyser. (After release, calibration of the torque wrenches HCT is recommended).

Function:

IP40: Protected against penetration by foreign bodies with ⌀ > 1 mm, however tools and wires should be kept away, and offers no protection against water.

Supplied with:

USB-C data cable, 1 commercially available Li-ion rechargeable battery type 18650 3.6 V / 3400 mA (can be charged directly within the tool via a USB-C plug). Supplied in a sturdy plastic case.

Note:

Suitable additional batteries can be found under No. 081574 3500. Charger for 4 batteries optionally available under No. 081590 4ULTRA. Using gateway No. 650022 GATEWAY, the GARANT torque screwdriver can be integrated into any higher-level system (e.g. MES) via open protocol.
The GARANT torque screwdriver is also available as a variant without Bluetooth® under No. 659023.

Avoid vibrations, reverse movements, bangs and impacts.
Handle with care (do not press too hard).
Take care to ensure that the ambient conditions are suitable (no heat, no explosive atmospheres).
Do not make any unauthorised alterations.
Only open the housing on the battery compartment cover for battery replacement.
Do not operate outdoors or in rooms with high atmospheric humidity.
Do not exceed maximum torque of torque wrench, internal hex socket wrench, fixed reversible ratchet and screw attachment.
Do not install components which are not in accordance with the specification.
