The new Speedglas welding helmets and Versaflo headtops from 3M feature the QRS type of breathing tube (Quick Release Svivel), which enables one-handed connection and release.
This adapter is intended for use with other (not QRS) air hoses (834000, 834005, 834008) used with 9100 series welding masks and M series headboards.
