Even more economical multi-side processing
For economical multi-side processing on a 3-axis machine: The GARANT XTurn helps you upgrade your existing standard machine. Additional axes deliver new machining options and greater production capacity to your existing stock of machine tools.
Principle of operation: When the tool for the stage is changed and is retracted to the intended stage positions, the interlocking is released and the XTurn can be rotated in single steps. When the tool for the stage has been brought out into the stage position, the XTurn locks itself automatically, and the machine can immediately recommence processing.

- Switch the stage tool into the machine, via the tool magazine
- A circular movement to the desired angle is performed either under CNC control or manual control
