Description
Version:
One-armed torque wrench without a setting scale. Set the desired torque value using setting tool No. 657452 1 in conjunction with a suitable tester.
Anti-clockwise tightening by reversing the plug-in head. Without plug-in head (base model);for suitable plug-in heads see No. 657582 − 657950.

Function:
On reaching the set torque value the wrench triggers giving a “signal”(audible and perceptible) and is then immediately ready for use again.
Application:
For controlled screw tightening etc. to specified torques in batch productions.
Standard:
Tested to DIN EN ISO 6789.

±2% of the set value.

Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- For controlled tightening of nuts and bolts.
- Article no. 657450: Suitable plug-in head: Size 10 to 50: with plug-in shaft 9×12 mm. Size 100 to 320: with plug-in shaft 14×18 mm.
- Suitable for both industrial and private use.
- Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
- Have the wrench regularly calibrated and adjusted.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
- Avoid vibration, reverse movement, shaking, impacts.
- Do not use the wrench as an impact tool, do not throw it.
- Do not use it for undoing screw fastenings.
- Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
- Do not make any unauthorised changes or modifications to it.
