Version:
Sturdy HSS bi-metal hole saw with 8% cobalt alloy element. Extremely wear-resistant, with a long working life. The progressive tooth profile, 4-5 TPI, ensure quick cutting and ideal clearance of sawdust. The Power Change system enables that the hole saw can be changed quickly without using tools. Maximum depth of cut for all sizes 40 mm.
Application:
On pillar drills, lathes or hand-held power drills at the appropriate speed. For cutting circular holes from thin-walled to thick-walled material with a flat or convex workpiece surface. Suitable for all materials such as steel, aluminium, stainless steel and wood.
Recommendation:
The quality of cut depends on the correct speed and temperature. The use of cutting oil such as No. 084205 size 0.25 extends the service life and permits more rapid progress through the material.
