The laminated PREMIUM SCM discs are made from the specially developed ”Scrim Back” material, which is characterised by a high grain binder structure. This guarantees an outstanding service life. The laminated SCM discs are also available with heavy-duty material, which enables high sanding performance with a low surface roughness. This is due not least to the material composition, which consists of a ceramic-coated aluminium oxide grain and thus supports aggressive machining processes. Thanks to their reinforced design, these discs are particularly durable and ideally suited for demanding applications. The lamination ensures that the disc is highly rigid, guaranteeing very flat and even processing of a wide variety of surfaces.
