Aplicaţie:
- Pentru găurire, alezare, frezare şi ascuţirea sculelor.
- Flexibilitate maximă datorită reducerii diametrului de prindere.
- Momentul mare de rotaţie garantează volume mai mari de aşchiere decât la o aşchiere directă.
- Concentricitate ±5 µm (precizie a sistemului la 3×D).
- Concentricitate ±2 µm (pentru reducţie).
