- They offer a much higher stock removal rate than mounted/grinding points and impress with their high milled surface quality.
- They also operate with low vibration and little noise.
- They maintain their geometry over their entire tool life, and are well suited to manual and machine applications.
- Almost all materials up to a hardness of 68 HRC can be machined.
- They also allow for a longer tool life and use at higher cutting speeds in comparison with uncoated burrs.
- The 1306 MICRO HC-FEP set contains three tungsten carbide burrs with a high-quality HICOAT coating for finishing work in the most common shapes and dimensions.
