- Am Ende des Fertigungsvorgangs wird jeder Schraubendreher für Ihre Sicherheit einzeln 10 Sekunden lang bei 10.000 V gemäß VDE getestet.
- Wärmebehandlung auf der Linie: + 100% Lebensdauer + 100% Widerstandsfähigkeit.
- Griffwerkstoff: Soft Grip für mehr Komfort und Chemikalienbeständigkeit
- Klinge ″Tri-Coating″ behandelt (Zink-Nickel-Chrom): 4 Mal korrosionsbeständiger.
- Griff ergonomisch optimiert: 10% mehr Drehmoment.
- Lasermarkierung: Für höhere Verschleißfestigkeit.
- Profile mit CNC-Maschine bearbeitet: bessere Anpassung an die Schraube mit besserer Drehmomentübertragung und weniger Verschleiß.
- Gefräste Klinge: -> einschl. 5,5 mm.
- Gewindeklinge: 6,5 -> 12 mm.
