Version:

  • Clamping force steplessly adjustable up to 22.5 kN. Arithmetical sum = 45 kN.
  • Even if the compressed air supply fails, the centring vice maintains a slight (approx. 60 kg) pre-load, to ensure secure positioning of the workpiece, such as when a shuttle table is being used.

  • Incl. pressure reservoir with double-acting non-return valves.
  • Continuous monitoring of clamping and release pressure and of battery state via WiFi.
  • No rotary union necessary.
  • Clamping and release by compressed air via robot.

For centralised clamping of components. Suitable for automated operation with 4-channel clamping pots, even with side connections.
