This polishing pad of the P6 group enables you to easily improve the surface quality and the dimensional accuracy of your workpiece. The polishing pad is optimally complemented by the innovative and keyless X-LOCK mounting system. Changing the plate on the way to a perfect polish is quick and easy. Thanks to its cool grinding and low sparking, this disc with silicon carbide is even approved for aerospace applications. Even hard materials such as stone, glass and high-alloy materials can be processed efficiently and the hard and sharp abrasive grain ensures a long service life. The polishing disc can be used for dry and wet grinding and does not require any additional grinding paste. Due to the long service life and good edge stability, it is excellently suited in automated processes such as centreless cylindrical grinding of tubes or marbling of stainless steel sheets. The light, stable and elastic glass fabric backing of the polishing disc enables an excellent surface result due to its flexibility.
