Execuţie:

GARANT Diabolo:
Geometrie specială, strat de acoperire şi carbură pentru prelucrarea performantă a materialelor călite. Recomandate de asemenea pentru prelucrarea cuprului electrolitic. Ascuţire prin detalonare dublă cu 2 teşituri, pentru prelucrare de înaltă precizie a materialelor călite.
Unghiul de degajare α = 16°.
Toleranţe:
  • ⌀ de degajare: D1 = 0 / -0,01 mm.

Notă:

Dacă lungimea activă a sculei creşte, folosiţi reducerea ap!
Valori pentru:
Canal complet: ap = 0,05×D×ap cor
Frezare laterală: ap = 0,1×D×ap cor
Pentru calculul vitezei de avans vf, vă rugăm să folosiţi turaţia reală aplicată (de cele mai multe ori maximă) a maşinii! De ex.: vf = 18000 [1/min]× fz [mm/dinte]× z
