If a machining task has been outfitted with an NC File, you will now find the button show in the Picklist tab. By hitting this button, you can access the Required supplies window with a Picklist and Tool List. Via the Picklist, you can link a Picking box and get an overview of which Tools, Components, and Accessories still need to be picked for the respective task. Additionally, you can view the Tool status, as well as its current Storage Location. By “linking”, you can add the required material to the specified Picking box and get an overview of whether all parts have been picked.
- Go to Orders
- Open the respective order
- Select the workpiece that you want to access the Picklist of
- Within the respective task, click the button show (under Picklist)
- The Required supplies window will open now
- Switch to the tab Pick List
- Click the button Link picking box
- Now scan the Picking Location ID from which the required tool is to be picked
- By clicking the button Link next to Complete Tools, the tools can be picked at the Picking Location
- By clicking the button Pick next to Components, the components can be picked at the Picking Location
- By clicking the button Link Accessories next to Accessories, the accessories can be picked at the Picking Location
