Description:
This P6 polishing disc makes improving the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of your workpiece easy. The compact grain of the polishing disc consists of many small grinding particles that have been bonded together to form a large agglomerate, so that the abrasive grain remains anchored in the tool for longer and it does not clog up. This allows the desired surface result to be achieved more quickly. This tool is mainly used for polishing and finishing steel, brass, precious metals, sintered metals and plastic, as well as very fine and effect grinding. The polishing disc can be used for dry and wet grinding. Due to their long tool life and a good edge-fray resistance, the disc is ideally suited for automated processes such as cylindrical polishing of tubes or marbling of high-alloyed steel plates. Regular testing ensures a high degree of reliability.

Advantage:
With compact grain, many small grinding particles are bonded together to form a large agglomerate so that the abrasive grains remain anchored in the tool for longer and the tool does not clog up. This allows the desired surface result to be achieved more quickly.
The high hardness and sharp grain of the aluminium oxide ensure a long tool life of this tool. It can also easily process hard materials.
Fitted with a carrier made of recycled fibre and a phenol-free resin system, this tool is very light and contains significantly fewer pollutants. In addition, thanks to the fibre material the backing can wear out radially, which means that the abrasive coating in the centre of the tool is also used.
The tool's single-piece abrasive surface offers many advantages during use. This reduces disc wear and optimises grain adhesion. This results in a long service life and fewer tool changes.
