The EasyFinish 3D tool set from LUKAS puts an end to time-consuming work. Ten precise tools in proven LUKAS quality for every conceivable finishing of 3D printed products, e.g. also for laser build-up welding with (LMD-w) and without wire, are flexibly available to you with this set: Smoothing surfaces, e.g. to remove staircase effects on slopes and radii, creating flat surfaces or cleaning holes and a final polishing are no problem. And best of all: all ten tools in the set have a 3-mm shank. You only need one drive machine for all applications. Especially our 3D printing cutter series with specially developed geometries and a specifically optimised toothing make it possible to remove support structures as if with a scalpel and simply cut them away. This saves the user effort, working time and unnecessary steps in manual finishing.
