The high-performance GARANT Master Tap ALU tap has been specially developed for aluminium alloys and non-ferrous metals. The interplay of powder metallurgical cutting material, latest generation DLC coating, and exclusive geometry makes it the first choice in aluminium machining. The dynamic helical pitch combined with customised flutes and linear dimensions enables optimum chip formation and chip evacuation in long-chipping aluminium alloys even with overdeep threads.
