Gödde GmbH was founded in 1960 in Cologne as Bert Gödde u. Söhne KG. The collaboration with Hoffmann started in 1973 and by 1993 it was only a small step to intensify the collaboration as a partner of the Hoffmann Group.

As a partner of the Hoffmann Group, Gödde is active in Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.
