The Tool24 PickOne – master system is a state-of-the-art industrial vending system that has been specially developed for industrial use. It combines the functions of a tool magazine with the security and efficiency of an automated tool cabinet.

Thanks to the innovative drum system, secure individual item withdrawal of each item is guaranteed. Short access times, a self-opening compartment and a visual signal on the removal compartment make operation particularly quick and user-friendly. With a load capacity of over 1000 kg for the cabinet housing, the system is extremely robust and reliable.

The drum of the GT24S tool magazine can be configured individually with up to four different compartment sizes. This allows small-volume items such as indexable inserts or other tools to be stored safely and in a space-saving manner. Each compartment can hold up to 2 kg, providing a maximum number of storage spaces – ideal for structured management of consumables.

The master system can be expanded as desired with expansion modules (No. 979221) and is fully compatible with all Tool24 hardware variants. As part of the Hoffmann Group Connected solutions, the Tool24 PickOne tool cabinet supports digital networking in production and ensures sustainable productivity increases.
