Manually enter and manage customers

Within Connected Manufacturing you can enter and manage your customers. Define how much information you want to store. Minimum requirement is the name of your customer’s company. It is possible to store contact information as well as billing and shipping addresses to allow for easy and fast access of customer information.

  • Go to Customers
  • Click the button Create New
  • The Create Customer window will open now
  • Enter the Company Name
  • Additional data like address and contact information can be assigned to this customer
  • By hitting Create you have successfully created your first Customer
