Description

Version:

  • HSS

Description:

Conical countersinks from PFERD are characterized by their particularly sharp blades that are able to achieve very good results, even at low cutting speeds. High-performance countersink tools with a countersink angle of 90° for countersinking 90° screws for all common materials such as steel, cast steel and non-ferrous metals.

Feature:

  • RPM from, grey cast iron, white cast iron: 280 RPM
  • RPM from, rust and acid-resistant steels: 280 RPM
  • RPM from, soft non-ferrous metals: 420 RPM
  • RPM from, steels up to 700 N/mm²: 420 RPM
  • RPM from, thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP): 280 RPM
  • RPM to, grey cast iron, white cast iron: 280 RPM
  • RPM to, rust and acid-resistant steels: 420 RPM
  • RPM to, soft non-ferrous metals: 560 RPM
  • RPM to, steels up to 700 N/mm²: 560 RPM
  • RPM to, thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP): 420 RPM
  • Version: HSS
  • Diameter: 11.5 mm
  • Dia. shank, metric: 8 mm
  • Angle: 90 °
  • Length, total: 56 mm

Advantage:

  • Very high stock removal rate and optimum chip removal.
  • Burr-free results even at low cutting speeds.
  • Long tool life.
  • High workpiece surface quality.

Application:

  • Recommendations for use: Use cutting oil or compressed air as a coolant/lubricant. Particularly well suited for producing countersinks for 90° screws.
