Comfortable welding with constant respiratory protection and flexible face mask due to combined 3M™ Speedglas™ G5-01 high-performance welder’s mask and Adflo™ powered air respirator system. The automatic welder’s mask offers a flip-up mechanism by which it can easily be switched between the clear protection glass and welding filter without taking off the mask. This means that respiratory protection is maintained whilst the filter is swung up during preliminary work and finishing; in addition offering a good and protected view of the workpiece during operations such as grinding. The new 3M™ Speedglas™ Variable Colour Technology permits even better visual assessment and checking of the welding bath. The user can choose between a natural tone, cold tone or warm tone for the dark phase. The new air channel system offers three options for individual alignment of the air flow, even whilst welding is in progress.
