Beschreibung
Ejecución:
Macho para roscar de alta potencia, desarrollado especialmente para el uso en aceros con alta resistencia a la tracción y para materiales de difícil arranque de viruta. Ejecución estable con rosca de guía optimizada para evitar la acumulación de virutas.
- Material de corte HSS-E-PM, para la máxima estabilidad de las aristas de corte.
- Redondeo de cantos de corte optimizado.
- Revestimiento de TiAlN para la máxima protección contra el desgaste.
Recomendación:
En materiales TOOLOX y HARDOX recomendamos seleccionar un mayor ⌀ del agujero para roscar a diferencia de los datos DIN (ver tabla).

En materiales TOOLOX y HARDOX: ¡no superar la profundidad de rosca máxima 2×D!
