SFS completes merger with Hoffmann

The merger between SFS Group and Hoffmann SE, announced on 22 December 2021, was completed on 11 May 2022. Thus, Hoffmann is now officially merged into the SFS organisation. The bundling of forces marks a milestone and opens up attractive development opportunities for both companies due to their complementary positioning. With satisfaction of all the formal requirements, the merger between SFS and Hoffmann was successfully completed. One of the relevant legal conditions required was approval by the competition authorities of five different countries – this has now been granted.
