Description
Version:
Highly flexible linishing belt with Aluminium Oxide (A). Moulds ideally to the workpiece contours. The active grinding layer (TOP size) ensures cool grinding and which serves as a separation layer for materials which tend to smearing.
Application:
Ideally suited to contour grinding or profile grinding with concave or convex contact rollers. Particularly suitable for chromium-nickel steel, high-alloy steel, nickel based alloys, brass and bronze and also titanium and aluminium. Machining of fittings, fittings, turbine blades, very delicate parts, implants and surgical instruments. For use in manual or robot grinding on popular narrow linishing machines from IMM, Löser, Greif, Rema etc.
Note:
Other grit sizes, qualities, and dimensions are available on request in line with the manufacturer’s minimum order quantities. Unless specified otherwise on the order, belts will be supplied with standard joints. See No. 568526ff for spare linishing belts for burnishing machines.
