Description
Execuţie:
Conul exterior şi cel interior sunt rectificate, toate conurile sunt superfinisate pentru o funcţionare mai silenţioasă. Inclusiv cu orificiul RFID / Balluffchip, piuliţă performantă de strângere (până la 25000 min-1).
Avantaj:
- Concentricitate excelentă în sistem (mandrină + bucşă elastică + piuliţă), concentricitate de 3 µm cu o bucşă elastică de 2 µm, concentricitate de 6 µm cu o bucşă elastică de 5µm.
- Forţe extreme de susţinere (până la factorul 2 în comparaţie cu mandrina standard ER).
- Efect de reducere a vibraţiilor datorită piuliţei din 2 piese.
Aplicaţie:
Pentru fixarea sculelor cu coadă cilindrică în bucşele elastice conform DIN 6499 − Forma A şi B.
