Description

Version:

For use on CNC and conventional lathes.
With symmetrical structure – can be used universally as right-hand or left-hand version.
High flexibility due to external and internal use.
Independent of diameter (within the recommended range) for internal machining.

Advantage:

Surface quality Rz < 1 µm possible.
Feed rates up to 1 mm/rev possible (external machining).
Consistent results due to continuous measurement of the rolling force.

Application:

For mechanical surface finishing.
For machining all metallic materials up to a tensile strength of 1400 N/mm2 and a hardness of up to 45 HRC.
For external ⌀ from 10 mm and internal ⌀ from 32 mm.

Suitable for:

⌀ range outside (recommended): 10 mm – 100 mm
⌀ range inside (recommended): 32 mm – 150 mm

Supplied with:

Two spare rolls built in the cage.
