Exécution:
Profil des filets rectifié pour la réalisation de filetages intérieurs précis(veiller à la présence de conditions de serrage stables). Fraise à fileter une dent très stable, spécialement conçue et idéale pour le PRFV, le PRFC et le graphite. Convient également pour les préalliages Ti et Ni ainsi que les aciers trempés jusqu’à 63 HRC.
Avantage(s):
Dérive radiale nettement inférieure à celle des fraises à fileter à plusieurs dents.
Remarque(s):
Fraise à fileter une dent destinée exclusivement à la réalisation de filetages intérieurs. Un avant-trou (voire un chanfreinage) doit déjà être présent!
