The medium-sized simatherm® induction heating device for roller bearings and other ring-shaped metal parts up to 400 mm bore diameter. Roller bearings and other ring-shaped metal parts can be brought up to the 110 °C specified by the manufacturer under automatic control of time and temperature. Particularly compact design – only 35 kg in weight including 3 yokes.
Application:
Quick and selective heating of roller bearings, gear wheels, sleeves etc. For gentle and safe installation of shafts, pins etc.
Supplied with:
Heating device, 3 yokes, temperature probe and thermal protection gloves.
