Beschreibung

Esecuzione:

Alesatori HPC speciali di ultimissima generazione per la lavorazione del titanio, con geometria del tagliente migliorata e innovativo substrato in metallo duro. Tagliente extra corto per elevati valori di taglio. Strategia di raffreddamento ottimizzata grazie all’uscita radiale del lubrorefrigerante con allineamento diretto al tagliente.
Esecuzione per macchine a CN con ⌀ codolo diritto per il montaggio su alloggiamento standard speciale per mandrini idraulici oppure ad altissima precisione. Massima precisione di concentricità radiale e di sicurezza dei processi grazie al passo asimmetrico dei taglienti e alla speciale struttura della larghezza dello smusso.
