Bearing separator of high-quality tool steel.
Separator: The quick-release semicircular jaws are symmetrically tensioned by a screw. This causes the wedge-shaped jaws to insert themselves between bearings and shaft.
Extractor: Used in conjunction with the separator to extract bearings from their seating (for this the draw bolts are screwed into the threaded holes in the separation jaws).

For the separation of tightly wedged ball bearings, gears, etc., if the gap is too small for normal extraction arms.
