Ausführung:
Hochleistungs-Topfschleifscheiben mit Diamant-Belag in Metallbindung mit erhöhter Festigkeit und optimiertem Einbindevermögen des Diamantkorns. Die durch die optimale Korn-Bindungskombination erreichte Reduzierung der Schnittkräfte ermöglicht höchste Schleifleistung und Vorschubgeschwindigkeiten. Höchste Kantenstabilität verbessert die Profilgenauigkeit auch bei hohen Vorschüben und verlängert die Abrichtintervalle bei konstanten Oberflächenergebnissen. Spezifikation: D64BXP-P STARTEC XP-P.
Verwendung:
Hochleistungsschleifen (Nutenschleifen) von rotierenden VHM-Schneidwerkzeugen. Für den Nassschliff mit Öl (empfohlen) oder Emulsion/Wasser.
