Description
Esecuzione:
Maschio a filettare specificamente progettato per l’utilizzo su acciai con un’elevata resistenza alla trazione e per materiali difficilmente truciolabili. Esecuzione stabile con filetto guida ottimizzato per evitare l’accumulo di trucioli.
- Materiale da taglio HSS-E-PM per taglienti molto stabili.
- Arrotondamento del tagliente ottimizzato.
- Rivestimento TiAlN per la massima protezione contro l’usura.
Raccomandazioni:
Nei materiali TOOLOX e HARDOX si raccomanda di optare per un diametro del preforo maggiore a differenza di quanto indicato nella norma DIN (vedi tabella).
Nota:
Nei materiali TOOLOX e HARDOX: non superare la profondità di filettatura massima 2×D!
