The JetKD-A is a robust coolant nozzle for use in modern CNC lathes. It is suitable for installation in both fixed or driven toolholders. Machines with high-pressure pumps require special coolant nozzles which can cope with the higher pressures. This is where the JetKD-A comes into play! The large aperture ensures a strong and easily controllable coolant stream. The direction is adjusted manually. Simply turn it to the desired direction and tighten the union nut. Thanks to the large swivel radius, it is possible to set an angle of up to 45° in any direction.

The JetKD-A consists of three parts which are designed for optimum functionality and a long service life. Ensuring the right combination of all components is key, particularly for a component that is as important as a coolant nozzle. The lower part has a conical thread and is screwed into the coolant hole using a hexagon L-wrench. The nozzle is then fixed to this using a union nut.

For use on static and driven toolholders via threaded connector.
