Where do I find "Direct Purchase"?

You can add products to your order simply by entering the product code in the shopping cart (top right).

Why is the online catalogue not working?

The online catalogue is provided as Flash programming. Please note that Flash applications cannot be displayed on devices with an IOS or Android operating system. Furthermore, search by page or item is not possible in full screen mode (software related).

Why are scanned barcodes displayed as special characters?

With older eScan software versions, an activated Shift key (caps lock key) can lead to special characters being transmitted instead of the corresponding item number. In this case, please install the current eScan software, which can be found under section "Service" "Software".
