The drill grinding machines allow jobber drills to be reground precisely and economically in three steps which are very simple and take approx. 20 seconds in total, including sharpening the point.
Stepless chuck for all diameters, no need to change an ER collet. The jobber drill is clamped just once in the chuck and is ground in the following three steps:
1st step: Position the jobber drill and set the relief ground.
2nd step: Set the point angle, feed in the chuck in the direction of grinding and rotate it.
3rd step: Set the point depth and web width, perform the sharpening process. With high-quality and low-wear CBN abrasive discs, no dressing required (diamond abrasive discs available as an option). Connection for external extraction, extraction unit available as an accessory.
