Version:
Hoist with sheet steel casing, extremely low weight, with chain release as standard, low height, rotatable bearing, forged hook.
Application:
Versatile hoist for use even under the most difficult conditions.
Note:
The principle of the
threaded load pressure brake is that the axial braking force is generated by the load itself and is thus proportional to the weight of the load. The load is safely held in all positions; to lower it, the difference between the braking torque and load torque must be overcome. All Yale all-purpose hoists are equipped with this device.
The automatic
chain release permits
quick run-out of the unloaded chain; when the load is applied, the
threaded load pressure brake automatically takes effect again and the load is safely held.
The
slip clutch (optional feature) prevents unduly high loading, and thus increases the working life of the lifting gear.
Devices with overload protection (slip clutch) on request for item No. 086015 size 0.8 and 1.6.
