      Where can I see my prices?

      Please log in under "My eShop LOG IN" to see your prices.

      How do I place a consolidated order?

      To place a consolidated order, please first put the desired products into the shopping cart. There is a link at the bottom of the cart "add to consolidated order". By clicking on this link you can allocate the order to a delivery address.

      How do I cancel my order?

      Please call our Customer Service Department.

      Can I place an order for non-catalogue items?

      Yes, at the last step of the order under "enquiry".
      Please note that this field is not intended for general information (mode of dispatch, order for calibration, lettering etc.).

      How do I place an order using a barcode scanner?

      Please log in to "My eShop" and go to section "quick capture", where you have the option of adding items per barcode scanner.
